Banned for no reason!!!

I have been banned for no reason.. my character (HatedLove) have been stuck at henesys training ground~ then i using another acc (lGessBaol) to login and check.. i saw GMAlex and i ask for help and dc my character (HatedLove) at henesys traning ground.. i ask for help many time but GMAlex didn't help and keep promote his event~!! this make me feel angry.. Pls unban me coz i din hack din scam!! Now my both acc get banned!!!~ i duno was it banned my both acc or even ban my ip~ admin or GM pls help!!
